Why is my PS3 playing new games Widescreen(Black bars on top and bottom) on my standard TV? - ps3 display black bar
I have tried to define the parameters to 4:3 in the display settings, but does not work. My old to play PS3 games. The only games like Assassins Creed.

Two things can happen, especially an environment that is on the PS3 video settings have changed, and secondly, it is possible that the format is in play.
